Emergency call-out or telephone assistance is available 24 Hours/day 365 days/ year - no contract necessary 

Call-Out Charges:

• Contract holders - as specified in your contract
• Non-Contract holders - in accordance with our normal schedule of charges  

Telephone Assistance:

• Contract holders - no charge
• Non-Contract holders - out of hours telephone assistance for customers without a service contract will incur a minimum charge of £50.00. This will be invoiced in the normal way.
